Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original packaging with tags attached
Reported within the return window (see below)
2. Return Window
You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Clear photos of the item(s) showing the defect or issue
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or further instructions.
4. Exchange or Refund
Exchange: If approved and the item is available, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund: If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (details will be requested during the process).
Note: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Items returned without approval
Items reported after the 48-hour window
Products that are worn, washed, or damaged due to customer misuse
6. Shipping for Returns
If your return is approved, we will provide pickup instructions or request you to send it back using a local courier.
In eligible cases, return shipping fees will be reimbursed.
